Announcement

The conferences proceedings will be published in the book series of Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering by Springer. Normally, papers in this series are indexed by EI and Scopus. If the paper is not presented in the conference, the paper will be excluded from the conference proceedings. Submission: https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ICGEC2021/ Please also note that the page length limit is 10-12 pages. We perform double-blind submission for ICGEC 2021, thus authors’ affiliation, as well as the acknowledgement should not be provided in the first submission. When the paper is accepted for further publication, the authors are then requested to put their relevant information in the camera-ready version.

Preparing Papers

The papers should be prepared according to Springer's computer science proceedings guideline. You can also find the paper templates for LaTeX2e, Microsoft Word (newer format, docx) and Microsoft Word (older format, doc). The paper should be no less than ten pages. Before preparing the paper, please take a look at the Guidelines for proceedings authors.

Submission of final papers and copyright transfer forms

1. Revise your paper according to the review comments carefully.
2. Format your paper according to the Template carefully. You can find the paper templates for LaTeX2e and Microsoft Word. Please also note that the page length limit is 10-12 pages. The paper more than ten pages are subject to the extra registration fee. Before preparing the paper, please take a look at the Guidelines for proceedings authors.
3. Download and fill in the copyright form (either in the Microsoft Word format or the PDF format).
4. Download and complete the Registration Form.
5. Fill the registration form and finish the payment of the registration fee.
6. Send your final paper to us at https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ICGEC2021/ (Very important)
