The conferences proceedings will be published in the book series of Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering by Springer. Normally, papers in this series are indexed by EI and Scopus. If the paper is not presented in the conference, the paper will be excluded from the conference proceedings. We perform double-blind submission for ICGEC 2021, thus authors’ affiliation, as well as the acknowledgement should not be provided in the first submission. When the paper is accepted for further publication, the authors are then requested to put their relevant information in the camera-ready version.

Download and complete the Registration Form. 5. Fill the registration form and finish the payment of the registration fee. 6.
